Where do I go the day after orientation?
Your manager should have contacted you about where to go on your next day of work. If you haven’t heard from them, please contact your recruiter and they will make sure your manager contacts you immediately.

What if I can't find my employee ID number?
Your employee identification number was sent in an email from Hartford HealthCare Human Resources. If you can’t find it, you can access it through your new hire portal here. You can also contact your recruiter or the Employee Service Center at 860.696.3500; tell them your name and that you can’t find your employee ID number.

How do I learn about benefits and sign up?
You will receive information about benefits on your second day of work through a quick assignment on HealthStream, our online learning platform. 

What do I do if my job requires a uniform?
Contact your manager and they can assist you with questions about uniforms. If you don’t know how to reach them, please contact your recruiter.
